How Our Groups Work

Small, Clinician Led, and Welcoming

Groups are kept small to allow for genuine connection and are led by a clinician throughout each session. New members are welcome on a rolling basis, and joining begins with a brief conversation with our team to make sure the group is the right fit.

That first conversation matters. It gives us a chance to hear what you are hoping for and helps you know what to expect before you ever walk into the room, so joining feels like a considered step rather than a leap. Whether you are looking for reassurance, perspective, or simply the relief of being understood, a well-matched group can make a real difference.
